The conversion utility includes three files:

      refer2hc   ...............  application which converts 'refer' format files
      refer2hc.c   ............  source code for refer2hc
      refer2hc proj   ......  Lightspeed C project file

Unless you plan to revise refer2hc (and have Lightspeed C to compile it)
you needn't bother with the second and third files.
